René's - An absolute must if you are ever in Amsterdam. Out of this world pastries and coffee. Gotta try the Oliebollen, dutch donuts. It's a seasonal thing usually made during New Year's or Fun-fairs, and since I was lucky enough to be there during a Fun-fair they had them.
